Provide technical guidance and professional advice on complex engineering matters. Drive accountability and ensure the Engineering Department consistently meets its targets and deliverables. Provide overall leadership, direction, and supervision for the Engineering Department. Oversee engineering projects from planning and design through execution and completion. Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of engineering designs, plans, and technical documentation. Maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders. Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage engineering teams to achieve departmental objectives. Identify engineering risks and develop appropriate solutions to mitigate them. Manage departmental resources, budgets, manpower, equipment, and other operational requirements: effectively. Prepare and present engineering reports, project updates, recommendations, and performance reports to senior management. Must be COREN Certified/Registered. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of engineering standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
