The role involves regular market surveys, weekly market runs, inventory monitoring, and close collaboration with the Data Entry Officer and Store Keeper to ensure accurate stock records and cost control. Responsibilities: Conduct market surveys and weekly market runs. Source and purchase food items, supplies, and packaging. Maintain accurate stock records and reports. Work closely with the Data Entry Officer, Store Keeper, Business Administrator (BA), and Business Development Manager (BDM). Requirements: Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. Strong Negiation skill. Physically able to do market runs. Attention to detail Experience: in fast food or hospitality is a plus. Minimum OND / HND preferred. Knowledge of local markets and negotiation skills. Team player with the ability to work closely with store and admin staff Ability to work with minimal supervision Salary N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
