Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and company standards. Coordinate daily site operations to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Monitor project progress and proactively address site challenges and delays. Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Supervise contractors, subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency. Coordinate the delivery and installation of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to project schedules.
