Drive improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, waste reduction, maintenance efficiency, labour optimization, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Project Implementation & Governance: Support, direct, and coordinate project implementation activities across the plant. Ensure effective project tracking, reporting, governance, and execution of improvement initiatives in line with business objectives. Problem Solving & Performance Improvement: Apply Lean, DMAIC, 5 Why, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify gaps, solve operational challenges, and deliver measurable business results. Plant Support & Internal Consultancy: Provide analytical support and expert advice to plant leadership. Support decision-making through performance analysis, implementation of quick-win initiatives, and identification of long-term improvement opportunities. Change Management & Culture Development: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness, engagement, and adoption of operational excellence principles throughout the organization.
