We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, monitoring transactions, and ensuring that financial activities are properly documented and compliant with relevant accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, purchases, and payments. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial records. Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial documents. ● Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management. Ensure timely payment and proper documentation of invoices and expenses. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents. Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documents and information. Assist with payroll processing and other financial-related activities where required. Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and accounting standards. Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial records and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates to management. Requirements: Good communication and organizational skills. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Professional accounting qualification or relevant certification is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
