At least 7–10 years in senior management/leadership positions. Demonstrated experience: managing multiple business units or complex operations. Proven experience: managing P&L or significant commercial responsibilities. Strong experience: in business development and commercial strategy. Demonstrated track record of converting strategy into measurable results. Experience: working with international partners/OEMs is desirable.
