The role requires a commercially driven individual with strong business development and relationship management skills who can actively generate leads, convert opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Grow existing accounts by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities. Represent the cinema at corporate networking events, entertainment industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and other relevant platforms. Train and support relevant team members on sales techniques, upselling, customer engagement, lead conversion, and relationship management. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with Operations to ensure the seamless execution of group bookings, corporate events, private screenings, premieres, and VIP experiences. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotions, campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives that drive ticket sales, footfall, and revenue. Explore and develop strategic partnerships that increase the customer base and commercial opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with corporate organisations, schools, event planners, travel companies, media agencies, government institutions, and other strategic partners. Continuously identify innovative ways to increase cinema attendance, group bookings, corporate sales, and other commercial revenue streams. Identify opportunities for corporate movie screenings, employee engagement events, product launches, brand activations, premieres, and private cinema experiences. Identify and pursue B2B and B2C sales opportunities, including corporate bookings, private screenings, school/group visits, premieres, events, and other cinema experiences. Maintain an up-to-date database of key accounts, prospects, leads, sales activities, and opportunities using approved CRM/database tools. Proactively prospect for new clients through direct outreach, corporate visits, networking, referrals, partnerships, and market research. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to management. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-up, negotiation, and conversion. Qualifications & Experience: Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert revenue opportunities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a target-driven environment. Experience: in B2B sales, corporate account acquisition, business development, and relationship management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
