The ideal candidate should have a passion for quality assurance and be willing to learn, as structured on-the-job training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine quality inspections on raw water, production processes, and finished products. Perform basic laboratory and quality control tests in accordance with company procedures. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection reports, and test results. Identify product defects or quality issues and report them promptly. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company quality procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. Work closely with the production team to maintain consistent product quality. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits. Qualifications Minimum of B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline. 1–2 years' experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant industrial training or internship experience in manufacturing are encouraged to apply. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of quality control principles and laboratory practices. Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good report writing and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow standard operating procedures. Willingness to learn and adapt through structured training. Training will be provided to successful candidates to enhance their technical knowledge of bottled water quality control processes.
