The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company premises, equipment, and infrastructure are well maintained, safe, and fully operational while delivering a conducive environment for staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations and maintenance of all company facilities. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Supervise facility support staff, technicians, cleaners, and external contractors. Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and other building systems function efficiently. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety risks. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. Manage facility budgets and monitor maintenance-related expenses. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, assets, warranties, and service contracts. Develop emergency response and business continuity procedures. Ensure optimal utilization of company assets and facilities. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
