The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, responding to client inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are properly addressed. Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and reports. Support customer retention and service improvement initiatives. Work with internal teams to improve overall customer experience. Requirements: Minimum of ND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline. Previous experience in customer service, client relations, front desk, or support roles is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage. Must be professional, polite, and well-presented. Reside around Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, or nearby locations (preferred). Have experience handling customers professionally (preferred). Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills (preferred). Can work effectively in a fast-paced business environment (preferred).
