We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Barman / Mixologist Location: Ijaiya - Ijokoro, Lagos Key Responsibilties Operate bar equipment safely and maintain it in good condition. Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times. Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow hotel standards, hygiene requirements, and responsible alcohol-service procedures. Create and serve a variety of classic and contemporary cocktails according to standard recipes. Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times. Maintain proper records of bar sales, stock usage, and requisitions. Demonstrate good knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation. Take customers’ orders and provide friendly, professional, and efficient bar service. Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer bills accurately where required. Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies. Recommend drinks to guests based on their preferences. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and other drinks. Maintain proper portion control and minimize wastage. Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally. Salary N60,000 monthly.
