Key Responsibilities: Ensure guest safety and security by following hotel policies and procedures. Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services. Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms when required. Provide directions and information about local attractions, transportation, and hotel facilities. Assist guests with carrying and transporting luggage to and from their rooms. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Assist with loading and unloading guest belongings from vehicles. Support the front desk and other departments as needed. Requirements: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
