The position will oversee local store marketing (LSM), business development activities, and campaign execution while collaborating closely with operations to enhance customer experience: and revenue generation. Prime Responsibilities: and Duties Plan and execute effective Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives within the assigned region to drive footfall and sales. Drive bulk order revenue generation through targeted marketing and partnership efforts. Identify, manage, and convert new B2B leads, ensuring consistent pipeline growth. Oversee store branding and activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns in line with agreed timelines and objectives. Monitor and enforce brand compliance across all stores and marketing materials. Conduct regular market visits, including competitor analysis and reporting on market trends. Drive corporate and event sales generation through strategic partnerships and activations. Track and report on sales uplift attributed to marketing activities.
