Read more about this company Sales Representative Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience Location Enugu , Lagos , Niger , Rivers Job Field Sales and Business Development Job Overview The Sales rep will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for the company’s veterinary and animal health products within the assigned territory. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, supervising field activities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Manage and expand the company’s customer base within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, veterinary doctors, agro-dealers, poultry farmers, livestock farmers, and other key customers. Supervise and support the sales team to achieve business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence. Ensure effective distribution and availability of products within the territory. Organize and participate in customer visits, product presentations, and promotional activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices. Qualifications Education Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), B.Sc. Animal Science, Animal Production, Animal Health, Veterinary Technology, or any other Veterinary/Animal Science-related discipline. Experience Should have a working experience as sales representative in either Epe, Ikorodu, Ogun state, Enugu, Port-Harcourt and Kanji(Niger state) Skills And Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development abilities. Sound knowledge of veterinary medicines and animal health products. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of the livestock and poultry industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Key Attributes Must have hands-on sales and marketing in veterinary pharmaceuticals or animal health products. Must currently reside in the location for which he/she is applying. Strong customer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. High level of integrity and professionalism.
