Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to lead the expansion of both programs across Taraba State. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, recruit institutions and organizations, coordinate outreach activities, and achieve monthly growth targets. This role requires someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and representing innovative educational and healthcare solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Taraba State. Build strong relationships with schools, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, NGOs, churches, community organizations, and government agencies. Generate leads and convert them into active partners. Develop strategies to increase awareness and adoption of both programs. Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and community events. Partnership Development Recruit primary schools, secondary schools, universities, and training institutions into MySchool Academy. Recruit pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, healthcare professionals, and community health organizations into the Family Doctor Program. Establish strategic collaborations with ministries, local governments, development agencies, youth organizations, women associations, and international NGOs. Sales & Growth Meet monthly partnership and revenue targets. Present products and services to prospective partners. Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and partnership agreements. Negotiate partnership terms and close deals. Community Engagement Organize seminars, workshops, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.
