Mill Fitter Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 3 - 5 years Location Lagos Job Field Engineering / Technical Job Summary Carry out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installation of mill equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs. Maintain and replace bearings, shafts, couplings, gearboxes, rollers, and other mechanical components. Support equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning activities. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Requirements: HND, B.Engin Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Relevant experience: working in a steel, manufacturing, rolling mill, or industrial environment will be an advantage. 3 - 5 Prior Years of Experience: Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
