The Real Estate Sales Specialist will identify and prospect new clients, present roofing and restoration solutions, and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing. Responsibilities: include conducting property and site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to align client needs with appropriate roofing designs and materials, as well as providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. The specialist will also monitor market trends, build relationships with real estate developers and property owners, and contribute to meeting sales targets and growth objectives. Qualifications Real Estate License and demonstrated knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
