You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity, engage our target audience, and drive business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Design & Creative Execution: Create original illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics as required. Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets. Design product packaging, labels, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns. Conceptualize and design visually engaging graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements: and translate them into effective visual solutions. Brand & Creative Strategy: Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms, including web, mobile, and print. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep the brand visually relevant and competitive. Contribute to the development of creative strategies and campaigns that align with business goals. Quality Control: Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors (printers, production houses) to ensure high-quality output. Maintain an organized archive of design files, assets, and templates for easy access and reuse. Review and proof all designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines. Candidate Requirements: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and presentation skills. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience: in graphic design, preferably in an agency, corporate, or creative studio environment. Experience: with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is an advantage. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across print, digital, branding, and multimedia. Understanding of print production processes, color theory, typography, and layout principles. Professional certifications in design software are an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
