The ideal candidate will have practical experience: developing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, creating engaging content and supporting offline marketing initiatives. We are looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activities across both digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and business growth. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. Manage social media platforms, online campaigns and digital marketing activities. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources. Coordinate traditional marketing activities, events and promotional initiatives. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Develop marketing content and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. Develop and implement integrated digital and traditional marketing strategies. Requirements: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver results. Strong communication, creativity, analytical and project management skills. Experience: with traditional marketing activities, events and promotional campaigns. Good understanding of social media, digital advertising, content marketing and other digital channels. Minimum of HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. Proven experience: planning and executing marketing campaigns. 4–5 years of marketing experience: with strong exposure to both digital and traditional marketing.
