The ideal candidate should be experienced in coordinating daily operations, monitoring processes, managing operational records and ensuring efficient movement of goods. We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Officer to oversee and support the smooth running of our warehouse and distribution operations in Akure. Key Responsibilities: Track daily operational activities and prepare reports. Ensure the warehouse maintains proper organisation and operational standards. Work closely with the inventory, accounts, warehouse and logistics teams. Maintain accurate operational documentation and records. Coordinate daily warehouse and distribution activities. Monitor staff activities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly. Support inventory counts, stock reconciliation and warehouse audits. Coordinate deliveries, dispatches and returns. Ensure operational processes and SOPs are properly followed. Monitor the movement of goods from receiving to storage and dispatch. Assist with logistics and delivery coordination. Requirements: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting. OND, HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. 2 – 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a warehouse, logistics or distribution company. Must be proactive, reliable and accountable. Strong organisational and coordination skills. N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
