Providing high-level leadership to the supervised departments, monitoring performance through key metrics, and ensuring strict compliance with Group policies and regulatory standards. Partnering with senior management in the execution of strategic initiatives and presenting comprehensive reports on departmental performance, project milestones, and operational risks. Continuously assessing and optimising operational processes to drive efficiency, institutionalising change management where necessary to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and present reports on departmental performance, key projects, and strategic initiatives to senior management. Strategic Human Capital & Administrative Oversight: Directing the end-to-end human capital lifecycle, including strategic workforce planning, executive recruitment, and the design of professional development programs to ensure the Group possesses the technical and leadership competencies required for its mission. Monitoring the Group’s financial health to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth, while enforcing robust financial policies and reporting standards. Directing investment strategies and financial risk management protocols to protect and grow the Group’s assets. Digital Transformation & Information Technology: Championing the Group’s digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the effective management of IT infrastructure to support business requirements. Implementing rigorous cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols to safeguard institutional information and all digital systems.
