The Customer Engagement & Design Team Lead is a proactive problem solver who takes ownership of projects, collaborates effectively with clients and internal teams, and consistently delivers practical, buildable design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior designers. Problem Solving & Innovation Balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, and technical feasibility in every design decision. Support the continuous improvement of internal processes through constructive feedback and collaboration. Demonstrate the flexibility to adapt to the company's design procedures, documentation standards, approval workflows, and project management systems. Maintain consistency in design quality while adhering to company policies and best practices. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and submitted within agreed timelines. Continuously improve design workflows and contribute ideas that enhance project delivery. Anticipate potential site, production, or installation issues and recommend appropriate design modifications before execution. Lead the conceptualization, design development, and presentation of bespoke interior solutions. Identify project challenges early and proactively develop practical, cost-effective solutions. Compliance & Continuous Improvement Act as a bridge between clients and designers to ensure a smooth design process that aligns with client needs. Process Ensure all designs comply with company standards, manufacturing capabilities, and installation requirements: Requirements: Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems effectively. • Professional, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering software (Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar). Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to established company processes, systems, and standards while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Strong knowledge of joinery detailing, materials, and installation. Experience: in bespoke joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, and luxury interiors. N400,000 – N500,000 per month.
