Key Responsibilities: Attend to customer inquiries. Provide updates on shipments and delivery status. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details. Follow up with customers on pending requests. Build good relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team. Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: OND/ HND or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
