The successful candidate will teach Geography to students at the secondary school level, develop and implement engaging lesson plans, and assess student progress. Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging and age - appropriate lesson plans that cover a diverse range of geographical topics, using a varietyof instructional methods and resources. Facilitate hands - on learning activities, field trips, and project - based assignments to reinforce the theoretical concepts taught in the classroom. Contribute to the overall development and enrichment of the school community, including participating in extracurricular activities related to geography or the environment. Collaborate with other social science and science teachers to ensure a cohesive and integrated curriculum. Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to help them improve their understanding, critical thinking, and problem - solving skills. Stay up - to - date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in geography education. Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and any disciplinary issues.
