Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor clinical team members. Liaise with management on clinical operations and service delivery. Oversee the quality and safety of patient care. Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the Care Team. Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and excellent patient experience. Monitor patient management and clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hospital policies, and professional standards. Support clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives. Handle clinical escalations and ensure timely resolution of patient-care issues. Coordinate doctors, nurses, and other clinical personnel. Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a growing healthcare environment. Valid and current medical licence. Minimum of 3 years of post-clinical experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience: is an advantage.
