We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Hotel Manager Location: Yola, Adamawa Key Roles and Responsibilities: Staff Management: Prepare staff schedules and ensure teamwork across departments. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel employees. Financial Management: Increase revenue through effective pricing and occupancy strategies. Prepare budgets and monitor expenses. Review financial reports and control costs. Marketing and Sales: Coordinate with travel agencies, online booking platforms, and corporate clients. Promote the hotel to attract guests. Inventory and Maintenance: Monitor hotel supplies and equipment. Ensure regular maintenance of hotel facilities. Health and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations. Operations Management: Oversee front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
