Core Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives (e.g. brand awareness, lead generation). Content Creation: Plan, Shoot, and edit engaging multimedia content across all social media platforms. Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth and conversion rates. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Paid Advertising: Manage budgets and execute paid social media campaigns across all platforms. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with platform algorithm updates, viral trends, and competitor activities. Key requirements: Experience: in social media management and digital marketing. Proficiency in social media scheduling platform, and content creation software (e.g. Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Suite).
