We are seeking a responsible, organised, and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a skincare store located at 161 Ekoro Road, Abulegba. The ideal candidate must be able to manage the store effectively, maintain accurate records, supervise daily activities, attend to customers professionally, and ensure the smooth running of the business. This role requires someone who is reliable, committed, and ready to work on a long-term basis. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. Ensure the store is opened and closed promptly according to the required working hours. Supervise staff and ensure they carry out their duties effectively. Maintain accurate records of daily sales, expenses, stock, and other store activities. Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock management. Track products coming into and going out of the store. Identify low-stock items and report them to management promptly. Ensure the store is clean, organised, and properly presented at all times. Attend to customers professionally and resolve customer complaints where necessary. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Ensure proper handling and accountability of cash and sales proceeds. Prevent avoidable losses, stock discrepancies, and operational issues. Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Report any significant issues or concerns to management promptly. Requirements: Previous experience: in store management, retail management, or a similar position is preferred. Must be highly organised and able to keep proper records. Must have good communication and customer service skills. Must be responsible, trustworthy, and capable of handling store operations independently. Must be able to supervise and manage staff effectively. Must be comfortable working with sales and inventory records. Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities. Must be punctual and reliable.
