We're looking for an Investor Relations Lead to be the connective tissue between our company and the investment community shaping how the market understands our story, our numbers, and our trajectory. Responsibilities: Obtain approvals and implement policies to support informed decision-making. Timely revision of all frameworks/policies annually based on the previous year's learnings. Develop training programs and initiatives to instill a sales-focused mindset. Obtain approvals and implement initiatives to enhance relationships with institutional investors. Develop strategies for managing relationships with external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Obtain approvals and oversee the execution of external relations initiatives. Develop frameworks for assessing economic indicators and their impact on the organization. Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and analysts. Promote a culture of prioritizing sales and revenue generation across the organization. Monitor and evaluate the adoption of the "sales first" culture and provide guidance as needed. Draft documents including press releases, presentations, and annual reports for investors. Execute the J10 policy in alignment with board directives and organizational goals, within the first year of engagement. Draft external communications and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop an implementation plan and timeline. Understand the requirements: and objectives of the J10 policy. Execute investor relations activities to enhance transparency and trust among investors. Develop tailored communication strategies for institutional investors. Ensure all frameworks/policies have milestones and measurable KPIs, achieved within one year of resumption and renewable every year afterward. Obtain necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders. Develop comprehensive investor relations strategies and communication plans. Requirements: BSc in Finance, Business, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex financial information and create compelling presentations and reports. Advanced degree or professional certification. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, and to work collaboratively with internal teams and senior leadership. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends; ability to analyze financial statements and interpret complex financial data. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in reporting. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, with the ability to provide insights into market trends and investor behavior.
