We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function and partner with senior management in driving business growth. Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision. Forecast workforce requirements: in line with ongoing and upcoming projects. Support the Bid and Tendering Team with CVs of high-quality personnel for tender submissions. Sound understanding of workforce planning, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking methodologies. Working knowledge of HSE principles as they relate to employee orientation and site welfare.
