We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Retail Operations Manager Location: Remote Summary This is a hands-on role building operational excellence from the ground up. You will own the operational backbone of our retail and fulfillment processes, ensuring seamless execution, efficiency, and scalability as we grow. Job Responsibilities: Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve them before they impact the customer experience. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics or fulfillment partners. Design and implement SOPs across operational workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency. Train, and lead an operations team as the business scales. Partner with finance and customer service teams to align operations with broader business goals. Monitor key operational metrics (fulfillment time, error rates, cost-to-serve, stock accuracy) and drive continuous improvement. Own end-to-end retail/operations performance, including fulfillment, inventory, vendor coordination, and service delivery. Build out operational systems and tools (inventory management, order tracking, reporting) from scratch where none exist. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple operational workstreams at once. Demonstrated experience: building or significantly improving operational processes and SOPs.
