Manage and supervise all capital market operations, including trade execution support, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and custody processes. Ensure full compliance with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nigerian Exchange (NGX), Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS), and other relevant regulatory bodies. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and internal controls. Identify and manage operational risks while ensuring effective business continuity processes. Demonstrable experience: in securities trading operations, settlement, clearing, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and operational risk management. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management within the capital market.
