The Process Engineer will drive safe and efficient process operations by analysing plant performance, identifying process constraints, improving production capacity, reducing operational losses, and delivering practical engineering solutions that enhance overall plant performance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to improve plant reliability and performance. Support plant operations, commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities. Develop and implement process improvements to increase capacity and efficiency. Monitor critical process parameters and recommend corrective actions. Investigate process deviations and provide effective engineering solutions. Evaluate process performance and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and production losses. Perform process calculations, simulations, and technical assessments. Prepare technical reports, operating procedures, and process documentation. Support process safety studies, including HAZOP and HAZID. Requirements, Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or similar process simulation software. 3–7 years of relevant process engineering experience. Strong knowledge of process optimisation, plant operations, and troubleshooting. Experience: in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or industrial processing environment.
