Coordinate and schedule property inspections with clients and the sales team. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer retention. Update CRM records and ensure customer information is accurate and current. Maintain regular follow-up with inactive and prospective clients. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests. Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, inspections, and customer activities. Ensure a professional and positive customer experience: at every touchpoint. Track leads from initial enquiry through inspection, purchase, and post-sales engagement. Requirements: Experience: in the real estate industry is an added advantage. Ability to communicate effectively in Hausa is an added advantage. Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities. 1–3 years of experience: in CRM, customer service, sales support, or a related role.
