Min Qualification: OND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, direct prospecting, and other approved channels. Promote the Bank’s products and services, including loans, savings, accounts, digital banking solutions, and other financial products. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into active customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Explain product features, eligibility requirements, repayment terms, and other relevant information to customers. Support customers through account opening, onboarding, documentation, and loan application processes. Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities within assigned locations. Achieve assigned customer acquisition, loan disbursement, deposit mobilization, and revenue targets. Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers. Work closely with the Bank’s Operations, Credit, Risk, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, sales activities, and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, KYC requirements, procedures, and applicable regulations. Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to the line manager. Requirements: Minimum of OND in any relevant field. 1–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in: Microfinance Banking, Fintech, Commercial/Retail Banking, Lending, Agency Banking, Consumer Finance, Digital Financial Services Proven experience: in direct sales, customer acquisition, loan sales, deposit mobilization, or financial-product sales. Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work with and consistently meet sales targets. Good understanding of financial products and customer onboarding processes. Strong knowledge of the assigned market/location and willingness to conduct field sales activities. Proficiency in using smartphones, digital platforms, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM/sales applications. Must be proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
