Corporate Business Development Manager Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 3 - 5 years Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of high-value corporate and institutional clients. The successful candidate will develop strategic business relationships with banks, fintechs, financial institutions, government agencies, and other organizations requiring large-scale distribution and logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate and institutional accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, fintechs, financial institutions, government agencies, and other key organizations. Drive business opportunities for the distribution of products, documents, and other high-volume or sensitive items. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close profitable business deals. Build strategic partnerships that generate recurring revenue and long-term business opportunities. Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for client retention, upselling, and account growth. Monitor market trends and identify new corporate sales opportunities. Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience: in Corporate Sales for logistics and courier/express delivery, Business Development, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales. Experience: in banking, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable. Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate/institutional clients. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. Existing relationships with banks, fintechs, government agencies, or large corporate organizations will be a strong advantage. Strong commercial acumen and ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
