The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills and practical experience: in production operations. Tasks and Responsibilities: Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials required for production. Lead and motivate production teams to improve productivity and efficiency. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and schedules are achieved. Supervise daily production activities and production personnel. Ensure compliance with HSE, company policies, and operational procedures. Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance requirements. Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues promptly. Prepare basic production reports and provide updates to management. Job Requirements: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a production team effectively. Experience: 8-10 years preferred Good understanding of production processes and HSE requirements.
