The successful candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record of school improvement, and extensive experience: managing a high-performing educational institution. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & School Management: Develop and implement the school's vision, strategic objectives, and improvement plans. Provide overall leadership for academic, administrative, and operational functions. Ensure the school achieves high standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes. Lead school-wide initiatives that support growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. Academic Leadership: Oversee curriculum implementation and academic performance across all levels. Monitor student achievement and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes. Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements. Support curriculum review, assessment practices, and quality assurance activities. Staff Leadership & Development: Lead, supervise, and evaluate Vice Principals, Head Teachers, and other senior staff. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education: or a related field. Master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or related discipline preferred. TRCN registration and relevant professional memberships are an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 15 years teaching experience. At least 7 years in a senior leadership position within a reputable school. Proven experience: leading school improvement and academic excellence initiatives.
