Strong understanding of IT governance, business continuity and disaster recovery. Proven experience: managing Core Banking Applications (CBA) and digital banking platforms. Candidate should live close to Akute, Berga. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline with 5 – 8 years' relevant experience, preferably with a bank, fintech or digital financial institution. Professional certifications : MCP, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, COBIT, CISA, CISSP or equivalent are advantageous. Ability to manage technology vendors and third-party service providers. Strong knowledge of APIs, API gateways, middleware and third-party integrations. Knowledge of mobile banking, internet banking and USSD platforms. Experience: integrating banking platforms with NIBSS, payment switches, fintech platforms and other financial infrastructure.
