Our mission: turn compliance from the thing that slows a deal down into the thing that closes it. We prove trust — from Nigeria to the world. The category is wide open, the product is ready, and we're taking it to market. We need someone to own the story. The role We're hiring our Founding Marketing Lead — the person who will build and head Asiri's entire marketing function. You'll start hands-on and, as we grow, build and lead the team beneath you. This is a founding seat with real ownership and a direct line to the founder. You'll own how Asiri shows up in the world: the brand, the message, the demand, and the pipeline. If you want to define a category — not just market a product — this is it. What you'll do Own the brand and narrative — sharpen our positioning and make "compliance you can trust" impossible to ignore. Build the demand engine — content, SEO/AEO, email, social, and campaigns that turn attention into qualified pipeline. Lead go-to-market — plan and run launches, partner with sales to fill and convert the funnel, and own the numbers (traffic, signups, MQLs, CAC). Run content and thought leadership — position Asiri as the authority on NDPA and data protection in Nigeria across LinkedIn, our blog, and beyond. Own product marketing — translate a powerful platform into messaging that lands with enterprises, DPCOs, and DPOs alike. Build the function — set up the tools, the process, and eventually the team, as marketing scales with the company. You are An experienced B2B / SaaS marketer who has taken products to market — ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance, or a related space. Strong across brand, content, and demand generation — equally comfortable writing the story and reading the funnel. Data-driven — you set targets, instrument everything, and optimize against real numbers. A builder and a leader — happy to do the work solo today and to hire and lead a team tomorrow. A sharp storyteller who understands the Nigerian market and can make a technical product feel human. Self-directed, execution-first, and honest. Nice to have: experience: marketing to enterprises and regulated industries, familiarity with HubSpot and modern GTM/AEO tooling, and existing networks in Nigerian tech. < Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
