Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agent network. Conduct field marketing campaigns, roadshows, market activations, and community engagement activities to promote the company's products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with lottery agents, community stakeholders, and prospective customers. Monitor agent performance, provide ongoing support, and ensure agents comply with company policies and operational standards.
