Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Flexible Hours Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and manage lottery agents within assigned territories. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agent network. Conduct field marketing campaigns, roadshows, market activations, and community engagement activities to promote the company's products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with lottery agents, community stakeholders, and prospective customers. Monitor agent performance, provide ongoing support, and ensure agents comply with company policies and operational standards. Educate agents on products, promotions, sales techniques, and operational procedures. Visit assigned territories regularly to assess market opportunities, resolve agent concerns, and strengthen market presence. Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management. Achieve assigned recruitment, activation, and sales targets. Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly field activity and performance reports.
