Utilize passenger tracking and logistics software (PTS) to manage daily manifests, verify passenger identification, and oversee the end-to-end check-in and boarding pass allocation process. Analyze meteorological reports and monitor radio communications to guarantee full regulatory compliance and operational readiness prior to conducting pilot briefings. Maintain accurate administrative records and archives of flight documents to ensure audit-readiness and operational transparency. Generate detailed aviation performance and status reports for internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Oversee station operations and coordinate with ground personnel to ensure safety protocols and service standards are strictly adhered to during all departure and arrival phases. Requirements: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of professional aviation training and experience.
