The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovative architectural design. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and visualization of our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Revise and improve designs based on internal reviews and client feedback. Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Collaborate with the planning, engineering, and project management teams throughout project development. Participate in site visits to verify design implementation and resolve construction-related design issues. Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for project presentations and marketing. Assist in preparing documentation required for planning approvals and project execution. Prepare presentation materials, design boards, and client visualization packages. Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, planning regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, materials, and visualization technologies. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years professional experience: in architectural design (preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design, 3D modelling, and rendering capabilities. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field. Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and detailing.
