Key Responsibilities: Identify, document, isolate, and escalate non-conforming products and quality deviations. Monitor production processes, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products for compliance with quality standards. Maintain accurate inspection, testing, and quality-control records and prepare routine reports. Support investigations, corrective and preventive actions, internal audits, and continuous quality improvement. Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, HACCP, and food-safety requirements: on the production floor. Work closely with Production and QA teams to resolve quality and food-safety issues promptly. Conduct routine sampling, inspection, and physical, chemical, or microbiological tests as required. Qualifications & Requirements: Practical knowledge of sampling, testing, GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and quality documentation. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, integrity, and good communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production-floor environment. B.Sc./HND in Microbiology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
