The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of proven business development experience: within a service-rendering industry, with a strong track record in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and converting business opportunities into revenue. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete business development pipeline from lead generation and prospect engagement through proposal, negotiation, and conversion. Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and generate repeat and referral business. Identify client needs and collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop appropriate service solutions. Research target markets, industries, companies, competitors, and emerging trends to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutional organisations, business owners, and key decision-makers. Build strategic partnerships and referral networks that support business growth. Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, opportunities, and business development activities using CRM or other relevant tools. Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within target markets and sectors. Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, conversion rates, client acquisition, and revenue performance. Conduct client meetings, presentations, pitches, and proposals to effectively communicate the firm’s services and value proposition. Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, referrals, networking, partnerships, industry events, and other business development channels. Represent the firm at conferences, networking events, business forums, and other relevant professional engagements. Develop and maintain a strong database of prospective and existing clients with consistent follow-up and engagement. Requirements: Legal or professional services experience: will be an added advantage. Experience: in professional services, consulting, legal services, financial services, technology, healthcare, real estate, insurance, hospitality, or other relationship-driven industries is highly desirable. Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach to business growth. Experience: engaging corporate clients, senior executives, business owners, and other key decision-makers. Strong negotiation, presentation, pitching, and closing skills. Must have experience: working in a service-rendering/service-based industry. 3–5 years of proven experience: in business development, sales, client acquisition, or commercial roles. Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring clients, converting prospects, and contributing to revenue growth. Strong experience: in B2B business development, consultative selling, prospecting, and client relationship management. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline. Strong follow-up, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
