Responsibilities: Conduct regular safety audits, job safety analyses (JSAs), and site inspections to identify potential workplace hazards and recommend immediate corrective actions. Ensure compliance with statutory environmental, health, and labor safety laws, maintaining complete documentation for inspections. Ensure strict adherence to company Health, Safety, and Environment policies, safety codes, and regulatory standards across all operational sites. Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and audited records of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear approved for procurement and issuance to personnel to ensure full transparency and accountability. Conduct regular safety orientations, emergency drills, and daily toolbox talks for staff and contractors to build safety awareness. Lead or assist in investigating workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative measures. Requirements: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. 2 to 4 years of proven HSE experience, preferably within a construction environment. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly to emergency situations. Professional certification in occupational health and safety is an added advantage Strong administrative and record-keeping skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data transparency.
