Responsibilities: Conduct field visits for debt recovery and asset recovery operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recovery targets are achieved. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports. Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Verify customer addresses and carry out physical investigations when required. Engage professionally with customers and third parties during recovery activities.
