Read more about this company Sales Manager Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 8 years Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Bluetti’s presence in assigned regions. Monitor sales performance and report insights to senior management. Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team. Provide ongoing training and guidance to ensure high performance. Set sales targets and track team achievements. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and recommend sales strategies. Oversee promotional campaigns, trade shows, and marketing initiatives. Lead negotiations with potential clients and secure large-scale sales deals. Ensure the team follows up on all sales leads and closes deals efficiently. Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales Must have worked as a manager for at least 5 years within the renewable solar energy sector (Please note: This is a mandatory requirement, please do not apply if you don’t have this experience). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
