We are a real estate firm operating across land sales, property development, and construction. Role Summary This is a senior, revenue-accountable role reporting directly to the CEO. The Managing Director will provide overall leadership and direction for the company, with direct oversight of land sales performance, development projects, and construction delivery. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a high-performing sales and operations team. Represent the company to investors, land owners, contractors, and key partners. Oversee construction project deliverytimelines, budgets, and quality control. Ensure regulatory compliance (land documentation, approvals, permits). Drive overall business strategy, growth targets, and revenue performance across land sales and development. Report business performance and strategic recommendations to the CEO. Requirements: Proven track record of closing land / property deals and delivering development or construction projects. Strong network of investors, land owners, and contractors within the Lagos real estate market. Experience: leading and managing sales teams against targets. 7 to 10 years of experience: in real estate, land sales, or construction, including at least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership role (MD, GM, or Head of Operations). Strong knowledge of Nigerian land law, C of O, governor's consent, and property registration. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and client-facing communication skills. Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is an advantage. Salary N800,000 - N1,500,000 per month.
