Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new individual and corporate clients for the company's logistics and related services. Develop and implement effective business development and growth strategies to increase the company's customer base and revenue. Generate, qualify, and convert leads into profitable business opportunities. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly client acquisition and revenue targets. Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue from new and existing customers. Present the company's logistics solutions to prospective clients and effectively communicate its value proposition. Prepare professional business proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales materials. Negotiate commercial terms and follow through on opportunities to successful closure. Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience: in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Growth, or a related commercial role. Previous experience: within logistics, transportation, courier services, e-commerce, supply chain, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
